Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years old
  • High school completion or equivalent certification
  • Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (POS) systems
  • We work with Micros systems
  • Working knowledge of cocktail preparation is preferred
  • Applicants are expected to be well versed in mixing drinks, shots and have basic beer and wine knowledge
  • Ability to comply with company health and safety requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written, with customers, employees and management
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Available to work any shift
  • 3 years minimum experience in positions involving cocktail beverage preparation and serving
  • Current TAPs card is required
  • Must have a valid Alaska Food Handlers card
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to our patrons
  • Perform a variety of routine beverage preparation tasks at the start, end and throughout their shift
  • Process beverage and food orders and process customer payments
  • Prepare orders and serve customers
  • Work collaboratively as team players
