Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of bartending experience
- must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- strong customer/guest orientation
- organized and able to work well in fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- maintain a supply of all bar products and supplies including glassware and expendable items
- maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area, glassware and equipment
- assure all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- collect payment for drinks served
- greet and provide immediate attention to guests
- learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
- inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- prepare garnishes, mix and pre-mixed drinks
- perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
- implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
