Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Must be 21 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to stand continuously for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to bend/kneel and maneuver in narrow spaces
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
  • Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use tact and understanding in stressful customer service situations
  • Must be physically able to perform job demands

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • Responsible Alcohol Service Certified
  • 6 months bartending including craft cocktails experience
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to accurately count cash
  • Ability to operate cash register

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
