Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and carrying
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must possess or obtain state-mandated beverage service certification
- commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties
- greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm friendly greeting
- make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- conduct wine service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- uphold all state and company beverage service regulations
