Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and carrying
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must possess or obtain state-mandated beverage service certification
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • one to three months related experience or training
  • valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable

Job Duties

  • greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm friendly greeting
  • make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
  • prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
  • conduct wine service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • uphold all state and company beverage service regulations
