Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling cash and orders
  • teamwork and attention to detail
  • ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • prepare all drinks to standard recipes, glassware, and garnish
  • enter food and drink orders accurately into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well served, offer refills, and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle customer checks timely, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
