Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash and orders

Job Duties
- greet guests with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- prepare all drinks to standard recipes, glassware, and garnish
- enter food and drink orders accurately into the POS system
- ensure customers are well served, offer refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle customer checks timely, thank guests, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
