Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement met and authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • ability to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
  • strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability

  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks following standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items promptly
  • deliver and close out customer bills in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
