- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks following standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items promptly
- deliver and close out customer bills in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
