Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Current OLCC or applicable state alcohol service permit
- Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain prior to start
- Proven responsible alcohol service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to follow safety and recipe standards
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and accurately according to established recipes and standards
- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to all guests, creating memorable experiences
- Maintain complete knowledge of beverage menus, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, and make recommendations to guests
- Set up, stock, and break down the bar before and after shifts
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws and hotel policy
- Accurately process guest orders and payments using the POS system
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and proper storage of beverage supplies
- Communicate effectively with management, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Support banquet and catering events as assigned, including bar setup and service
- Observe guest reactions and respond promptly to service needs or concerns
- Comply with all Crescent Hotels & Resorts policies, Marriott brand standards, and local health regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
