Job Requirements

  • Must have ServSafe and/or TIPS certification
  • Think shop first/customer first
  • Demonstrate integrity
  • Demonstrate self-direction
  • Ability to follow oral and written instruction
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to employees and customers
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and culture
  • Food safety/handling training as required by state
  • Must operate equipment safely
  • Late-night availability is a plus (Open till 2am on Weekend Nights)
  • Ability to work well under physically and mentally stressful situations
  • Ability to have reliable transportation
  • Access to a smartphone
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stamina to work an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, bread, sauces, and vegetables
  • Overtime may be required

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Prior bartending or barback experience preferred
  • Must have or be able to obtain state-required responsible alcohol service certification such as TIPS or ServSafe
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment
  • Reliable, friendly, and ready to keep the vibe alive

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve drinks responsibly while following all alcohol service laws
  • Engage guests with genuine, upbeat service with no scripts
  • Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
  • Run weekly bar inventory and follow ordering procedures
  • Support bar events, promotions, and sales-building initiatives
  • Work with Shift Leaders and Managers to maintain labor and cost targets
