Job Requirements
- Must have ServSafe and/or TIPS certification
- Think "shop first"/"customer first"
- Demonstrate integrity
- Demonstrate self-direction
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to employees and customers
- Ability to work with a diverse team and culture
- Food safety/handling training as required by state
- Must operate equipment safely
- Late-night availability is a plus
- Ability to work well under physically and mentally stressful situations
- Ability to have reliable transportation
- Access to a smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stamina to work an 8-hour shift
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, bread, sauces, and vegetables
- Overtime may be required
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Prior bartending or barback experience preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain state-required responsible alcohol service certification such as TIPS or ServSafe
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment
- Reliable, friendly, and ready to keep the vibe alive
Job Duties
- Mix and serve drinks responsibly while following all alcohol service laws
- Engage guests with genuine, upbeat service with personality
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Run weekly bar inventory and follow ordering procedures
- Support bar events, promotions, and sales-building initiatives
- Work with Shift Leaders and Managers to maintain labor and cost targets
