Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience
- 2-3 years of dining experience
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain during orientation
- Comfort using basic computer software
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in resident areas
- Willingness to participate in trainings, in-services, and team meetings

Job Duties
- Keep beverage service flowing smoothly throughout the dining room
- Set the stage for success by stocking, organizing, and preparing beverage stations
- Welcome and support new beverage team members with training and guidance
- Anticipate guest needs and jump in to support waitstaff during busy meal periods
- Track beverage orders and communicate wait times clearly and kindly
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and the occasional cocktail following established recipes and guidelines
- Keep the beverage area sparkling clean and well-organized between and after services
- Make sure the team has everything they need - glassware, garnishes, ice, and stocked coolers
- Support catered events with setup, breakdown, and beverage service
- Attend pre-meal huddles and collaborate with Chefs and fellow team members
- Deliver a memorable first impression rooted in hospitality and care
- Maintain department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and applicable local health and safety laws
