Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or related food and beverage experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- availability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of cocktails and bar equipment safety
- completion of alcohol awareness training

Job Duties
- prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes
- stock and restock bar supplies including alcohol, glassware, and ice
- assist with busser, food runner and barista duties as needed
- handle cash drawer security and reconciliation
- engage with guests by greeting warmly and anticipating needs
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and equipment
- manage inventory and ensure proper storage of bar stock
- recognize intoxicated guests and responsibly refuse service
- process payments accurately and follow all service procedures
