Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or related food and beverage experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • availability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of cocktails and bar equipment safety
  • completion of alcohol awareness training

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes
  • stock and restock bar supplies including alcohol, glassware, and ice
  • assist with busser, food runner and barista duties as needed
  • handle cash drawer security and reconciliation
  • engage with guests by greeting warmly and anticipating needs
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and equipment
  • manage inventory and ensure proper storage of bar stock
  • recognize intoxicated guests and responsibly refuse service
  • process payments accurately and follow all service procedures
