Job Duties
- Fill drink orders for guests
- answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
- mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- operate bar equipment properly
- maintain beverage quality and service standards
- monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
- work weekends with flexibility to cover both day and night shifts as needed
