Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of spirits, sake, beer, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for mixology and hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- MAST Permit and Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain before start date

Job Duties
- Craft inspired, balanced cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Provide exceptional guest service at the bar and in the dining room when needed
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper setup/breakdown before and after shifts
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling, tabs, and POS transactions
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all liquor laws, MAST guidelines, and health and safety regulations
- Assist with seasonal cocktail development and bar menu updates
- Maintain proper stock levels, prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients
- Anticipate prep needs and restock efficiently to ensure readiness for upcoming shifts
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and guest consumption
- Participate in tastings, training, and creative sessions
