Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner taking and delivering drink orders
- maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements
- monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns
- prepare garnishes garnish drinks and set up service areas for daily operations
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service
