Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by company operating standards and state law
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- ability to work evening and night shifts
- weekend availability
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
- well-developed interpersonal skills
- commitment to great guest service
- ability to work evening and night shifts
- ability to meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol
- previous experience in bartending or customer service (preferred)
Job Duties
- Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
- promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
- take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
- provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations
- handle cash and process payments accurately
