Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- Ability to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to use and operate necessary equipment
- Ability to follow all safety standards and regulations
- Ability to communicate quickly and accurately

- Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guest and take orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding guests expectations
- Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks
- Pour wine and beer quickly, accurately, and without waste
- Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
- Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the point-of-sale system with ease
- Count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and ensure adequate amount of change is present
- Maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and reset tables
- Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Properly dispose of broken glassware
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations
- Sufficiently handle and accurately count money
- Check identification of any guest consuming alcohol
- Follow all state and company guidelines regarding beverage services
- Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
- Assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences
- Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co-workers
- Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
- Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred
