Job Duties
- Always exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously
- answer pertinent questions about menu and drink items
- clear all tableware from tables and bar after service
- clean all glassware and dishes, including ashtrays, and distribute
- stock, restock and rotate supplies
- prepare garnishes for bar use
- prepare snack trays
- maintain all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges
- assist supervisor with inventory of supplies
