Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 1 year of bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly manner
- ability to comprehend instructions and policy documents
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- cash handling experience
- work experience in high volume dining preferred

- experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and their preparation and presentation

- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take food orders
- provide information about products and look for opportunities to up-sell products
- follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
- collect payments and operate cash registers for drinks and food served following company cash handling policies
- secure all monies at the end of each shift
- follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests
- maintain a clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar
- communicate ticket times and potential problems to management and servers as necessary
- perform all other responsibilities as directed by management or business needs
