Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent of GED
- One year experience in food and beverage position
- Must pass security clearance per company policy
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds and push or pull 60 pounds
- Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and read English
- Display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
Job Qualifications
- One year experience in food and beverage position
- Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent of GED
- Associate's degree preferred
- Knowledge of age requirements and verification for alcoholic beverages
- Understanding menu items, preparation methods, and beverage choices
- Familiarity with standards of operation required by brand
- Friendly professional attitude
- Computer literate to operate property management system
- Ability to sell, suggest and serve quality food and beverage items as per standards
- Ability to multi task and remain guest service centric
- Effective communication skills with guests and associates
- Strong problem solving skills with professionalism
- Ability to market and promote to increase exposure and sales
- Teamwork skills in cleaning, side work, food preparation and storage
Job Duties
- Offer prompt and courteous service to guests so they have an enjoyable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and guest ready appearance of outlet
- Prepare and consistently maintain working area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere
- Process guest charges and gratuities according to standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain safety and security practices and knowledge of emergency procedures
- Ensure guests receive highest quality product and service
- Maintain certification from brand approved responsible vendor training program
- Maintain liquor inventory regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned within capability
