Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Responsible alcohol service training or certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Craft every alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink to company standards
- Serve guests responsibly while maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders and ensure high levels of customer service
- Maintain a clean and stocked bar area
- Adhere to health and safety standards for team members and guests
