Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high volume restaurant or bar
- completion of a safe alcohol service program such as TIPS or BAR CODE
- must have complete knowledge of the drink and food menus
- ability to work under pressure and react quickly
- must maintain a friendly, helpful, and attractive style and demeanor
Job Qualifications

- thorough knowledge of drink menu and food menu
- ability to work under pressure with professionalism and composure
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and attractive demeanor
- mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipe specifications
- effectively sell and promote drink and food menu items
- maintain complete knowledge of the drink and food menus
- manage high volume of orders while maintaining grace under pressure
- ensure compliance with safe alcohol service policies
- keep the bar area clean and organized
