Job Requirements

Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high volume restaurant or bar
completion of a safe alcohol service program such as TIPS or BAR CODE
must have complete knowledge of the drink and food menus
ability to work under pressure and react quickly
must maintain a friendly, helpful, and attractive style and demeanor

Job Duties

Greet and serve customers with a friendly and attractive demeanor
mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipe specifications
effectively sell and promote drink and food menu items
maintain complete knowledge of the drink and food menus
manage high volume of orders while maintaining grace under pressure
ensure compliance with safe alcohol service policies
keep the bar area clean and organized
