Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience
- At least two years bartending experience or two years of serving experience with liquor
- TIPs or Equivalent certification
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach, lift, bend and carry 50 lbs
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be used as required
- Follow health and safety guidelines

- TIPs or Equivalent certification
Job Duties
- Answer questions regarding food and drink preparation and ingredients
- Take orders accurately and provide service in a timely and friendly manner
- Make and serve all types of alcoholic beverages properly, according to recipe
- Merchandise and suggestively sell all menu items
- Understand and promote all specials and coupons
- Follow Responsible Alcohol Service Procedures
- Collect payment for all items served, following established accounting procedures
- Ensure all monies and bar registers are always balanced
- Assist staff in bar knowledge such as proper glassware, correct garnish, proper charge
- Demonstrate teamwork by assisting other employees with duties as needed or during busy shifts
- Observe guests to respond to any additional needs
- Keep Managers informed on any concerns and suggest alternative courses of action
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a favorable work relationship with all company employees to promote a harmonious work environment
- Always provide a favorable image of Buddy’s Pizza
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
- Apply all of the company’s sanitation and safety procedures
