  • responsible beverage service certification
  • servsafe card preferred for certain states
  • food handlers card preferred for certain states
  • ability to work flexible schedules

  • prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests of the bar and dining room following standard recipes
  • monitor and ensure that no guest receives more than the allowed number of specific drinks
  • understand the proper state and federal liquor laws
  • validating ID process
  • alcohol awareness procedures for preventing guest intoxication
  • communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • maintain a well-organized and well-run bar
  • practice responsible beverage service and uphold all safety standards
