Job Requirements

  • Have all necessary documents for hiring including a food handler's license and TABC certificate
  • Experience in bartending preferably in an upscale or casual fine dining restaurant
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in training upon hire
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Friendly and dynamic personality

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending experience in an upscale or casual fine dining environment
  • Valid food handler's license
  • Current TABC certificate
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages to guests according to Cork & Pig Tavern standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure excellent guest experience
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations including proper handling of food and beverages
  • Participate in approximately one week of training upon hire to learn standards and procedures
  • Uphold the highest standards for bar staff as per management expectations
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, dynamic, and professional manner to promote a welcoming atmosphere
