Job Requirements
- Have all necessary documents for hiring including a food handler's license and TABC certificate
- Experience in bartending preferably in an upscale or casual fine dining restaurant
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to participate in training upon hire

Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience in an upscale or casual fine dining environment
- Valid food handler's license
- Current TABC certificate

Job Duties
- Serve beverages to guests according to Cork & Pig Tavern standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure excellent guest experience
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations including proper handling of food and beverages
- Participate in approximately one week of training upon hire to learn standards and procedures
- Uphold the highest standards for bar staff as per management expectations
- Engage with guests in a friendly, dynamic, and professional manner to promote a welcoming atmosphere
