Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Meet minimum age requirements to serve and sell alcohol as per company and state law
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
- Willingness to comply with all local regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Ability to meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
- Previous bartending experience is a plus
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
- Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service
