Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Maintain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
- Willingness to engage actively in various physical tasks
- Capacity to maintain endurance in a high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Strong focus on customer service and Player experience
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service practices
Job Duties
- Greet Players with energy and personality
- Create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with Players and recommending drinks
- Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready
- Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver exceptional service
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Embody Topgolf's core values in daily interactions
