Job Requirements
- successful completion of the PA liquor control board approved responsible alcohol management program (RAMP) server/seller training program
- must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and written communication
- ability to perform simple math calculations
- must be able to maintain an accurate inventory of supplies
- ability to provide exceptional customer service and positive interactions
- capable of working independently or as a team
- creative thinking and positive attitude

Job Duties
- mix and serve cocktails, wines, and drinks to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- maintain par levels of all bar supplies and secure liquor inventory
- complete order guides and submit requests to the Dining Services Director
- perform opening and closing duties for the bar and lounge area
- set up and monitor snacks or food items served in the lounge area
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and report potential issues to management
- maintain cleanliness and follow daily sanitation schedules
