Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent GED
  • prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • state alcohol certification required or ability to obtain one
  • state food handlers required or ability to obtain one
  • excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
  • prepare beverages accurately and consistently for other servers
  • act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed
  • maintain existing business relationships and work with hotel departments to coordinate groups events and food and beverage service
  • represent the restaurant and hotel in all guest interactions
  • ensure compliance with state alcohol and food handling regulations
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
