- state alcohol certification required or ability to obtain one
- state food handlers required or ability to obtain one

Job Duties
- serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
- prepare beverages accurately and consistently for other servers
- act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed
- maintain existing business relationships and work with hotel departments to coordinate groups events and food and beverage service
- represent the restaurant and hotel in all guest interactions
- ensure compliance with state alcohol and food handling regulations
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
