Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of bar experience
- knowledge of spirits and wine
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate a cash register and point of sale system
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently
- manual dexterity for preparation of garnishes and drink mixing
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- comply with attendance requirements

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments and produce
- maintain stock, cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables daily to ensure product quality
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document drink orders
- mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and portion control
- abide by all state, federal and corporate requirements related to serving alcoholic beverages
- input orders into the register and create checks for guests to maintain beverage accountability
- handle cash transactions, verify charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- lock and store beverage, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure the bank
- comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned
