Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- clear verbal communication skills
- capability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout shift
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent handwashing with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred

- knowledge of mixing techniques and drink recipes
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- create a friendly and welcoming bar environment for customers and staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- manage bar stock levels and notify management of inventory needs
- communicate effectively with servers and other team members to ensure smooth service
- promote responsible alcohol consumption and comply with state regulations
- handle cash and payments accurately
