Job Requirements
- 21 years or older
- prior bar service experience
- reliable transportation required
- ability to follow manager instructions and guidance
- ability to communicate and behave professionally at all times
- reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- ability to build relationships
- ability to be a team player
- high school degree or GED preferred

Job Duties
- serves food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
- interacts verbally with all bar guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- greets guests, answers questions, and makes suggestions about food and drinks
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- slices fruit and vegetable garnishes
- presents guest checks and processes payments accurately
- processes employee and manager food transactions
- relays food orders to the kitchen via the point-of-sale system
- manages alcohol service in compliance with laws and policies
- participates in clearing and resetting the bar
- may serve guests in Carside To-Go
- maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
- explains and demonstrates tabletop electronic device usage
- drives sales using suggestive selling techniques
- participates in local store marketing to increase bar traffic
- removes trash from the bar service area to the dumpster
