Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid bartending license if required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service

Job Duties
- Arrive at the property in uniform at the scheduled time
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Constantly check drink quality, consistency and presentation
- Be familiar with all beverage-related procedures and equipment
- Create specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies
- Know and adhere all emergency procedures and work to prevent accidents
- Collect money for drinks served
- Balance cash receipts
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking or ordering transportation for intoxicated patrons
- Clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, bar area, work areas, and tables
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Service oriented, must have a professional attitude, you will be dealing with high-end customers
- Comply with health and safety regulations and responsible serving policies
