Job Requirements
- Minimum GED education
- One year of bartending experience
- Ability to work large or small events with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic safety and sanitation requirements
- Ability to practice proper beverage and revenue control
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to handle work environment conditions such as heat and noise
Job Qualifications
- Minimum GED education
- One year of bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixology including food and wine pairings
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation requirements
Job Duties
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure supplies are adequate
- Request additional supplies as necessary and stock the bar
- Prepare garnishes, fruits mixes and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening
- Mix, prepare and serve drinks to members and guests according to approved recipes
- Collect checks and payments for drinks served
- Maintain and clean bar area and equipment
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws and club policies regarding alcoholic beverage service
