Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and written communication
- Ability to perform simple math calculations
- Must be able to maintain an accurate inventory of supplies
- Must possess and exhibit a strong positive attitude toward customer service
- Successful completion/passing of the PA Liquor Control Board approved Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) Server/Seller Training Program
- Capable of working independently or as a team

- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age

Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing duties for the bar and lounge area
- Set up and monitor snacks or food items served in the lounge area
- Prepare and courteously serve beverages during hours of operation
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and inform management of any potential issues
- Keep work area neat and orderly and follow daily sanitation cleaning schedules
- Accurately pour drinks and monitor liquor usage to ensure accurate sales and inventory records
- Attend in-service training sessions to keep current with field knowledge
- May fill in as a Host, Server or other areas as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and rights of all customers
- Interact cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other team members
