Job Requirements
- Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training required
- At least one year of related experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative patrons
- Ability to learn cash register software used
- Must be legal drinking age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks

Job Duties
- Clean, set up, and stock the bar and all related areas as determined by manager, opening duties, service manuals and job description
- Check the service station's bar requisitions to ensure correct set-up and cleanliness
- Check with the manager on duty regarding any special needs
- Follow all sequence of service guidelines according to the manual and job description
- Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serve wine and other draught or bottled beer
- Collect money for drinks served
- Order and requisition liquors and supplies
- Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display
- Clean bar and restock glasses
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Maintain bar cleanliness and complete daily cleaning duties
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
- Inventory and put away the liquor in proper storage space
- Assist the restaurant dining services when necessary
- Assist with seating guests when necessary
- Ensure all tables and chairs are clean for the next meal period at the end of each shift
- Perform other related duties as assigned
