Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, and stooping
- willingness to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
- availability to work full-time day shifts

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes

Job Duties
- mix drinks and craft cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences
- provide exceptional guest service by engaging and anticipating customer needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- stay informed about current beverage trends and local offerings
- ensure compliance with all safety and company policies
- assist with setup and restocking of the bar
