Job Requirements
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Problem-solving and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must maintain cleanliness and follow all safety and alcohol service procedures
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Problem-solving and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of alcohol service standards and responsible serving practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Support bar backs by helping clean glassware and restock bar and cocktail areas
- Fully stock and inventory bar before shift
- Count and balance cash bank
- Greet guests, take orders, upsell, and provide personalized service
- Keep bar areas clean and organized throughout the shift
- Accurately prepare final checks, collect payment, and complete POS transactions
- Open and close liquor, wine, and bottled beer inventory
- Do not serve wine or bottled drinks to servers without a valid sales ticket
- Secure credit cards for open tabs
- Ring in all drinks immediately after serving
- Close and clean the bar area at the end of shift
- Perform other duties as requested by management
