Job Requirements
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
- Ability to stand approximately 90 percent of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
- Be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
- Endure various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing and moving about the facility
- Must be 21 plus years of age
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a bartender and server
- Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
- Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements

Job Duties
- Start with side work to prepare for the shift
- Serve customers by taking orders and cashing out checks
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly following standard recipes
- Request and verify identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Take on new duties as needed and learn on the job
- Maintain flexible hours and collaborate effectively with team members
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a positive dining experience
