Job Requirements

  • Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
  • Ability to stand approximately 90 percent of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
  • Be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
  • Endure various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing and moving about the facility
  • Must be 21 plus years of age
  • Must have at least 1 year experience as a bartender and server
  • Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
  • Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements

Job Duties

  • Start with side work to prepare for the shift
  • Serve customers by taking orders and cashing out checks
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly following standard recipes
  • Request and verify identification to confirm legal drinking age
  • Take on new duties as needed and learn on the job
  • Maintain flexible hours and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a positive dining experience
