Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50lbs
  • Ability to bend, push, pull
  • Experience in bartending or related hospitality role
  • Basic knowledge of beer, food, wine, and spirits
  • Ability to use point of sales system
  • Must be able to act and think quickly while maintaining composure
  • Availability for 2-4 shifts per week with possible additional shifts during transition or vacation periods
  • Willingness to attend mandatory bar trainings or cleanings

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with craft beer and full cocktail bar service
  • Management experience in a bar or hospitality setting
  • Basic knowledge of beer, food, wine, and spirits
  • Ability to act and think quickly and effectively under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

Job Duties

  • Follow recipe specifications in preparation to mix, garnish, and safely serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the bar area
  • Basic knowledge of beer, food, wine and spirits is required
  • Ring in food and drink orders into our point of sales computer, collect money, and make change
  • Must be able to act and think quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure
  • Physical strength to carry food, plates, buss bins, utensils, and cases of beer
  • Maintain cleanliness of entire bar
  • Tend bar 2-4 shifts per week
  • May work additional shifts during times of transition and vacation
  • When needed, attend mandatory bar trainings or bar cleanings
