Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- familiarity with a wide range of drink recipes and the ability to mix drinks accurately and quickly
- understanding of food menu items and pairing recommendations
- excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (such as kegs and trays), and perform physically demanding tasks
- current 'Beer Savvy' Beer Server Certification
- possession of a bartending license or certification may be required depending on the location
- food handling certification may also be required
- ability to work in close quarters and keep pace during high volume shifts
- reliable transportation to and from workplace
- flexibility to work unconventional hours - nights and weekends required

Job Duties
- Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted
- deliver food orders to guests promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- provide exceptional service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns
- monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, restocking as necessary, and communicating low stock levels to management
- maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, including washing glasses, cleaning tables, and sanitizing equipment
- accurately process payments, handle cash, and operate the point of sale (POS) system
- adhere to all local and state alcohol serving laws and regulations, including verifying the age of customers
- work closely with other staff members, including kitchen staff and other servers, to ensure seamless service
- assist in setting up and serving during special events or busy periods, ensuring customer satisfaction
