Job Requirements
- Current college student or graduate preferred
- Bassett training certification required
- Prior bartending experience is a plus, but training will be provided

Job Duties
- Set up the bar before opening, including preparing drink condiments, ensuring sufficient inventory, and organizing the area
- Serve beverages and take orders for drinks and appetizers in the Bistro and Nevins Pub
- Prepare appetizers as ordered and deliver them promptly to residents and guests
- Correctly charge residents and guests for beverages and appetizers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service
- Complete end-of-shift tasks, such as breaking down the bar and cleaning the area
- Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Report any complaints, unsafe conditions, or situations involving over-served patrons to supervisors promptly
- Follow all Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies, including those regarding confidentiality, security of information, and resident well-being
