Job Duties
- mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests of the bar and dining room following standard recipes
- monitor and ensure that no guest receives more than the allowed number of specific drinks
- understand and apply proper state and federal liquor laws, including validating IDs and alcohol awareness procedures
- maintain a well-organized and well-run bar environment
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
