Job Duties
- set up food stations by organizing and stocking necessary ingredients for shifts
- prepare and cook orders following established recipes using grilling, broiling, and sautéing techniques
- maintain quality standards adhering to storage and waste control guidelines for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy
- clean and sanitize workstations including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and refrigerators in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when engaging with guests, vendors, and team members
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
