Job Requirements
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
- Must be able to see and hear
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Must pass appropriate security clearance
- Must display professionalism and trustworthiness
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- One year experience in food and beverage position
- Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent of GED
- Associate's degree preferred
- Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate property management system
Job Duties
- Offer prompt and courteous service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and guest ready appearance of the outlet
- Verify age requirements for alcoholic beverages
- Know menu items, preparation methods, and beverage choices
- Sell, suggest, and serve quality food and beverage items
- Process guest charges and gratuities according to standards
- Maintain safety, security, and emergency procedures knowledge
