Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • 1-2 years of bartending experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Ability to obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire
  • Physical ability to lift 35 lbs
  • Mobility to stand for extended periods and perform bending movements
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits
  • Proficiency with food and beverage service, including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
  • Fluent and fully conversational in English
  • Bartenders must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
  • Must obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
  • Able to lift 35 lbs
  • Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Must be available to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
  • Must be flexible

Job Duties

  • Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
  • Greet guests pleasantly
  • Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
  • Highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions or allergies
  • Prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery
  • Follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
  • Support with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda guns
  • Communicate with chefs and managers to ensure timely food delivery
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Inform MOD on guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries
  • Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
  • Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
  • Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
