Job Requirements
- Must have Johns Creek Pouring Permit
- Must have or obtain TIPS Alcohol Certification
- Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to work weekends and major holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Arrive well-groomed and on time dressed in appropriate uniform
- Quickly make drinks for members and serve food and drinks for servers to deliver
- Mix garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to club specifications
- Keep the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service
- Review and set up sections and events to ensure standards for glassware and alcohol
- Answer menu questions from members and guests politely and respectfully
- Present open and serve bottles of wine in a professional manner
- Abide by all club policies and state and local laws when serving alcohol
- Communicate food service or dining issues to managers in a timely manner
- Follow safe and sanitary food handling and storage procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties and occasional dining setups
- Treat all members guests and team members with respect
- Bill member charges using club point of sale system
- Perform job duties while standing walking climbing stairs bending and carrying items weighing 25-70 pounds
- Adhere to health and safety standards including event closing duties
- Perform all other assigned duties
