Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of bar experience
- Knowledge of spirits and wine
- Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty beverages
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain proper and adequate bar set-up daily including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce
- Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily
- Greet guests courteously, promote and document drink orders
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- Input orders into point of sale system and maintain accountability of all beverages served
