Job Requirements

- Prior experience as a barista or bartender preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Expertly prepare a variety of coffee beverages including espresso cappuccino latte and specialty drinks ensuring quality and consistency
- Create and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails mocktails smoothies and juices adhering to recipe standards and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner taking orders accurately providing recommendations and ensuring exceptional service to enhance the overall dining experience
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation consistently monitoring freshness taste and appearance of drinks
- Operate and maintain coffee and bar equipment including espresso machines coffee grinders blenders and cocktail shakers always ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans syrups spirits mixers and other supplies and communicate inventory needs to management to ensure sufficient stock levels
- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the coffee and bar area including regular cleaning of equipment counters and utensils and adherence to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations assist with food preparation as needed and contribute to a positive working environment
