Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to lift 35 lbs
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
- Fluent and fully conversational in English
- Must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
- Must obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Familiarity with preparing classic cocktails, knowledge of spirits
- Proficiency with food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
- Fluent and fully conversational in English
- Bartenders must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
- Must obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired

Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service, standard operating procedures
- Greet guests pleasantly
- Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- Highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
- Prepare drinks following OTG recipe's and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
- Follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness within the restaurants dining and service stations
- Support with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda gun
- Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
- Assist team members as needed
- Inform MOD on guest complaints/feedback/inquiries
- Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
- Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
- Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
