Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work during major and minor events
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment training
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in variable temperature environments

Job Duties

  • Mix drinks to order and serve guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Develop and enhance guest loyalty through excellent customer service
  • Follow all SAVOR policies and procedures
  • Be present for all major and minor events at the arena
  • Complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training
  • Accurately count change and balance bank
